These terms set the rules for using this site. Visiting a page, running a search, or reading the content here means you accept everything listed below. If you do not accept these conditions, leave the site and do not use it again.

NO FCRA USE. This site is privately owned and run. It has no affiliation with any federal, state, or local government body, court, or law enforcement office. Neither this site nor our advertising partners offer services meant for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or any other use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The site exists to help visitors find warrant information and resources in Charlevoix County, Michigan. We are not a private investigation firm and not a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We run it on our own, with no ties to a court, a sheriff, or any government office. We do not keep official warrant records, and we cannot run a warrant check, recall a warrant, post bond, or file paperwork for anyone.

What we do is point you toward the offices that hold Charlevoix County warrant information, including the 90th District Court, the 33rd Circuit Court, and the Charlevoix County Sheriff, and connect you with outside tools that may help your research.

2. Informational Use Only

Everything here is general information. We explain how warrants and warrant records generally work in Charlevoix County, but nothing on the site replaces an official warrant check, a court order, or the advice of an attorney. Treat it as a starting point, then confirm anything that matters with the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's office.

3. Not for Screening or Locating People

This site exists so a person can check on and resolve a warrant, their own or a family member's, and understand how the process works. It is not a tool for investigating other people. You agree not to use this site or any tool linked from it to:

  • Screen anyone for employment, housing, tenancy, or credit
  • Locate, monitor, track, or target another person
  • Stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
  • Make any decision covered by the FCRA (see below)

4. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

  • Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
  • Try to break into our systems or reach access you are not meant to have
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
  • Do anything that slows the site or blocks other people from using it

5. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not produce background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, setting insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Decide who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, use an FCRA-compliant screening company.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We explain how warrants generally work in Charlevoix County, but we cannot say how a warrant, charge, bond, or court date applies to your situation. Talk with a licensed Michigan attorney for that.

7. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Everything on this site comes "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • The information is accurate, complete, or current at any moment
  • The site stays up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security gaps
  • Results from partner search tools are thorough or correct

Warrants are issued, recalled, and served all day long. A warrant can appear, be cleared, or be served within an hour, and an online list may lag behind. We try to keep pace, but gaps happen. Nothing here is an official statement from a court or a sheriff. Verify a warrant's status with the court that issued it or the sheriff's office before you rely on it.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

We link to court portals, the sheriff's office, Michigan court records, legal aid organizations, and outside search services throughout this site. Clicking one of those links moves you off our platform and onto one we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their data practices, their prices, or whether their site stays online. Check their terms before you use them.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to Charlevoix County Warrant Records or our content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or build on our content without written permission first.

10. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages that come from using this site, including decisions made from information found here or through any linked service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, legal action, or demand that grows out of how you used this site or out of breaking these terms. That includes covering our legal fees and related costs.

12. Governing Law

These terms fall under the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal dispute connected to your use of this site must be filed in courts located within Michigan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms whenever we see fit. New terms take effect the moment they appear on this page.
